There were more than 14 hotels available in Flagsdtaff, but only 14 listed on a website. Linens were old and worn out. There was no coffe maker or any other small appliances in the room. Proximity to the railroad makes it almost impossible to sleep at night.
The hotel was easy to reach. There are clear signs showing its location at old Route 66 in Flagstaff. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The front desk clerk was kind and helpful.
There was no microwave nor a coffemaker. While booking, I was not informed about the tax added at the hotel to the final price of the stay - on the website the final price, supposedly including all taxes, was $ 55.99 whereas I was charged about $ 7.00 more, which is still not too much, but I like being informed in advance exactly how much I am going to pay.
We were surprised for the better by the condition of the room. It was spacious and pretty clean. We arrived late, but the receptionist was very nice. Great value for your money, would not hesitate to pay twice as much for the room. Location is just off the Highway, but not too much traffic noise.
There weren't enough towels. By the time we arrived (21:30) there were no parking spaces in front of our room, so we had to park in front of the next building. There we're trains running just outside the motel all hours of the day and night, but we were tiered enough so that it wouldn't keep us from sleeping.
One of the friendliest staffs I met so far, super clean, fair prize - perfect!
For us, it provided an excellent equidistant daily trip to Grand Canyon and vacinity. A way to appreciate the region. We also liked very much that room was in the best condition.
Staff was a little slow in responding to requests. One time they completely forgot about our request. First night we were late arrival, and room had no towels or soap/shampoo. We could have been told this upon check-in.
It was inexpensive and relatively safe.
The TV broke and they never fixed it.
Very friendly staff-Room was clean with no frills.-The wi-fi worked great. Cooler worked good- Water in shower came out very strong with plenty hot water!
Flat pillows-hard bed-little smelly. But for the money was no problem! I would stay again there anytime! And Staff was way friendly!
I liked Nothing.
Out of all the hotels I have ever been to this one was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. How dare you call this a luxury hotel. This is more like a cheap motel. Bugs were in the bathroom. We had to get our own towels. The beds Ha! I wouldn't even let a dog sleep on it. No breakfast, showers are to high for short people to adjust, no Amenities, No pool Just a room. Oh and the pillows were they made for people or Insects? The pillows gave me a headache the entire time I was there. This was the most repugnant, disgusting, and other words can't describe how horrendous, this place was. I went from feeling like sugar and spices to absolute crap the In the first night of staying there.
The rooms were very clean.
No breakfast and poor room.
It was a very nice overnight stay while traveling. It was no frills but very clean and spacious. I have stayed at worse chain motels.
Rate & Location, room was clean and close to the highway entrance, good for a short one or two day stay.
No coffee maker, only one bath towel and one face towel.
Wifi worked without any problems.
No breakfast. No shampoos in the rooms. No hair dryer. No table in the room. And many little thing was missing.
There was nothing really good about the place other then being in the back and not able to hear the train as loudly as people in the front
The room had no fridge or microwave. There was no ice machine or a bucket to even get ice. No table or desk just 2 old and very small stained chairs . Had to sit on the bed the chairs were just to dirty and gross.
Receptionist was perfect and room was really good.
Everything was perfect!
I loved the price! I slept like a baby and the bed was clean and comfy. It is a no frills place, but all I wanted was a bed and shower and got both! I would go back again.
I have no complaints at all. I really did enjoy my 2 day stay here. Just want to say, all the hotels in this area are near the train station. The only time I heard the trains was when I was awake and listening for them... Otherwise, I slept like a baby all night!
